Vel-Oil 15w fork oil - Each easy fill bottle contains the exact amount of oil for each fork leg making installation quick and easy.

DNM Rear Shock - The Best Budget Shock on the Market, you can get 1-3 Years of Life out of one of these depending how hard you push it. 

⚠ Not all CRF110 frames are made the same, some will need to be filed down slightly to fit the rear shock however this won't affect overall strength of the frame.

75-85kg's (300lb, 285mm) - 20 or 40mm Preload Spacers - Blue Valve Springs

85-95kg's (350lb, 285mm) - 40mm Preload Spacers - Blue or Yellow Valve Springs

95+kg's (400lb, 285mm) - 20+40mm Peload Spacers - Yellow Valve Springs
